Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, we cannot remove any item from the treatment plan. Cancellation policy : - If you cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, you will receive a 70% refund. - If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the payment is non-refundable due to nurse and medical service fees. - We allow a 15-minute grace period. If we are unable to reach you within 30 minutes after your appointment time, the booking will be canceled and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. - If the delay exceeds 1 hour and 30 minutes, or if the patient requests to extend the IV drip duration (for personal reasons or without doctor approval), a standby fee of THB 500-3,000 will apply. - As required by the Thai Ministry of Public Health, our nurse will verify your identity by recording your full name and passport number before starting the treatment. All personal information will be kept strictly confidential and used only for medical and safety purposes.
